We are pleased to invite you to the 20th International Symposium on Advanced Intelligent Systems (ISIS 2019) & 2019 International Conference on Biometrics and Kansei Engineering (ICBAKE 2019) which will be held on December 4-7, 2019 at the International Convention Center (ICC) Jeju Island, Korea.
The ISIS 2019 & ICBAKE 2019 will provide all the presenters and participants with a great opportunity to present and discuss the latest accomplishments, challenges, and future directions in the field of advanced intelligent systems. In particular, ISIS 2019 & ICBAKE 2019 topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Adaptive, hierarchical, evolutionary, neural and nature-inspired systems
  • Hybrid systems of computational intelligence techniques
  • Fuzzy systems and internet applications
  • Kansei, human-machine interface, brain-machine interface
  • Fuzzy image, speech and signal processing, vision and multimedia
  • Industrial, financial, and medical applications
  • Fuzzy control and robotics, sensors, fuzzy hardware, fuzzy architectures
  • Fuzzy optimization and design, decision analysis and support, information extraction and retrieval
  • Fuzzy mathematics, fuzzy set theory, and fuzzy logic and fuzzy analysis
  • AI System and data analysis – clustering and classifiers, pattern recognition, bio-informatics
  • Knowledge discovery, learning, reasoning, agents, knowledge representation
  • Big data and it셲 applications, and smart systems

  • Software and hardware applications
  • Kansei engineering
  • Biometrics
  • Affective Systems and Computer Information Systems

In addition to regular presentations, the conference will include workshops and organized sessions together with plenary talks from several well known leaders in the field. Submissions for regular presentations are invited from researchers, practitioners, and students worldwide. Proposals for organized sessions are highly welcomed. Each proposal should give a description of the session topic and the names of the contributors plus their paper titles. Papers submitted to organized sessions will go through the normal reviewing process. Proposals for workshops are also highly welcomed. An outline for each tutorial should be submitted and any pre-requisites for the intended audience.
Further details of the submission process will be posted on the conference website in the near future.

Special Issues

The recommended papers from the committee will be the candidates for a special issue of IJFIS. Your manuscript will be sent to the Guest Editors of the journal and the Guest Editors will handle the review process to recommend the manuscripts to the special issue publication after the conference.
